For the conceptions of life of the Arawak, Barasano and Wiwa peoples, the first factor to take into account in a reflection on "living well" is the permanence of a spiritual communication with the so-called fathers and mothers (or "spiritual owners" ) of the different elements that conform the planet such as water, earth, wind, thunder, trees, animals and stars. These "spiritual" or invisible beings arose in the origins of the world and they are the main basis that guarantees the existence, the knowledge, the order and the life of people on the planet.
